Sales – Inside Sales Representative

Johns Creek, GA • Full-time • Hourly plus Commission
We are seeking 2 experienced Inside Sales Representatives from ALL industries that involve cold calling and have tremendous success and exceed previous income opportunities. We are only looking for candidates experienced in Appointment Setting, Inside Sales and/or Sales Development roles.
The inside sales representative will be contacting potential leads via phone to determine whether they should be entered into the sales funnel for follow up by our Sales Teams. This position will be an integral part of our sales team. The ability to positively impact the businesses we serve and collaborate in a group setting with the desire to add value not only to clients but fellow team members are core values we are looking for in an individual looking to be a part of our team. The fulltime Responsibilities Include

  • Eloquent conversational skills
  • Adapting scripts & rebuttals
  • Complete Prospect Profile & Qualifying
  • Document all client communication through company CRM – Podio
  • Strong email communication skills
  • Identify potential sales opportunities for our Sales Teams

Minimum Requirements

  • Basic Computer Skill
    • Corporate Tax is a plus but not required
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented focus
    • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution-oriented
    • Highest level of integrity and respect
  •  Base hourly pay $10 to $12 (depending on experience)
    • Monday-Friday
    • 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Call hours
    • 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Lunch unpaid
    • 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Call hours
    • 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM Research and preparation
    • Commission $250
    • $1,000 per secured engagement
